RETURN POLICY - GENERAL
No product can be returned without a return authorization "RA" number. RA numbers will only be given out by calling SafeVision and getting an RA number from our office. We are not liable for any product sent back to us that does not have an RA number on it and that does not include your name, contact information and purchase information. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Frame Purchase Only-Return Policy
When you purchase any SafeVision frame only, you have 30 days from the date
the product is shipped to return the frame (with no questions asked)
for a full refund of purchase price. Returns must be in the original, resellable condition.
If you charged your purchase, you will receive a credit within 14
business days of our receipt of your return. We strongly recommend you have shipping tracking capability with your return. SafeVision is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.
Doctor's Prescription Change Policy
If your Doctor has to change your Prescription within 30 days of your order, SafeVision will change your lens at 50% of the original cost of your Lens and Coatings.
Prescription Lens Return and Exchange Policy
All prescription lenses are special orders, and are therefore non-refundable.
However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though
the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 30 days of
delivery of the product, you wish to exchange a frame that we have made prescription
lenses for, you will receive a 100% credit to be applied to the cost of
the new frame ordered. A lens credit of 50% of the lens cost will be
applied to the cost of any new lenses ordered.
For incorrect orders or Items that are sent to you in error
Please contact SafeVision immediately upon receipt of your order. Our courteous
staff will correct the problem.
All SafeVision frames and glasses come with a warranty!
All frames AND lenses come with a one year limited warranty the warrants against defects. If your frame and/or lenses are defective within one year after purchase, they will be replaced at no charge to you.
Once we have shipped your glasses, SafeVision is not responsible for theft, loss, or other damage.
Orders will be processed on the business day or next business day that payment is received. If paying by PayPal, payment is typically promptly received. For other payment methods, payment is typically received at 3:00 PM during business days.
