Shipments and returns
Glasses and orders will be shipped via USPS with online tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS with any extra options, please contact us. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Our turn around time on glasses is generally 10 business days or less, and we will ship them immediately after they are completed.
Shipping containers are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Where we can ship (INTERnational)
Currently, through online ordering, we can only ship to locations within the United States. We will soon expand our shipping ability. If you are outside of the United States, please call us to arrange for the processing and shipping of your order.
SafeVision is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit or after delivery. While claims may be made to the courier which may result in replacement of product(s), SafeVision makes no guarantee that lost, damaged, or stolen packages will be recovered or replaced. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please call our customer service department and we will do our best to accommodate you.
